Dr. Steve Gallon III believes that leadership is not simply about showing up—-it is about putting out! Photo ops can’t only say you were “there” they have to reflect what you “did.” Real leadership is about action that produces a body of work that educates, empowers, and helps others to find their voice and create their space as a positive difference maker in their homes and communities. Dr. Steve Gallon III was proud to support the Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida in their “community building” and neighborhood work. This work recognizes that the key to successful communities begins on the ground and must enable and empower residents to put their shoulders to the wheels of leading their communities and developing sustainable solutions for improved conditions within them.Kudos to Latonda James, Russ Kerr, Rachel and the community association members of North Park Scott Carver in attendance for leadership and problem solving training. Dr. Steve Gallon III was humbled and honored to continue lending his support to their efforts.
