2015-2016 Strategic Planning: The future belongs to those who prepare for it. Dr. Steve Gallon III was pleased to work with a great group of school leaders and teachers in preparing for the 2015-2016 school year. The 3-Day School Strategic Planning Institute embraced sound professional approaches and reflective practices that included Reflecting and Learning; Innovating, Designing and Planning; and Implementing, Monitoring, Assessing and Evaluating. Dr. Steve Gallon III reminded participants to determine and define what “success” and “winning” will “look like” in your district or school before the year starts and identify the resources and action steps needed to make great things happen for students, teachers, staff, and parents. Participants from schools outside of the Atlanta, Georgia area were both inspired and enlightened by Dr. Steve Gallon III as they excitedly planned for the upcoming school year.
