Great day spending time with members of the 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project’s Mentor Job Shadowing Day.
Georges Alexis and Brandon Williams are both graduating seniors from District 1 and Miami Norland Senior High School give me hope for the future of our young Black males.
They also reminded many today to not paint the image of young Black male youth from the urban core with one broad brush.
Praying for their continued success, strength, wisdom, and humility as they prepare to graduate and attend UCF and FAMU.
